Shipping policy

All UK orders are shipped between 1-3 days after order(s) are placed. All deliveries will be by carried out by Royal Mail in the first instance. Delivery times can vary depending on how busy Royal Mail are but should be with you between 1-3 business days. Please be advised if a courier is used most couriers do not deliver to PO boxes. 

Wholesale or high value orders will be dispatched with tracking information provided. If candles or wax melts are needed urgently please email me at littleinsultscandleco@outlook.com prior to ordering and I will do my very best to accommodate you. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year and the fact that we are UK based. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5-10 business days and the rest of the world within 10-20 business days. 

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any customs, duties or fees as unfortunately, Little Insults Candle Co has no control over these charges should they arise, and we will not cover the cost of said fees (if any)!
